I mark a good Thai Restaurant by the crispness of the fried spring rolls & the spice of the curries. Chon Sum on Wells Branch Parkway delivers some of the best vegetable spring rolls that I have ever put in my mouth! These little pockets of fried goodness are magnificently rolled to a tight little package that creates quite a punch of flavor in your kisser! They come on the appetizer plate and with the Thai Express lunches. They're served with a flavorful and spicy orange sauce remeniscent of the good ol sweet 'n sour sauce and the crunch is amazing. Go, now.
