    Let me begin by saying that I don't even like eggplant very much at all. But this eggplant I like. The menu lists it as "Breaded eggplant cutlets served with egg fettuccine, creamy vodka sauce, fresh basil pesto and shredded parmesan. $9.95." I'm here to tell you it's the vodka sauce that makes this dish, besides the eggplant cutlets being really firm and nice. I could probably drink vodka sauce by itself and might consider it if it weren't just a tad on the rich side for a beverage. As a sauce, however, it rules.

    Ha - loved your review! And I'm just like you - not wild about eggplant, but you've sold me on the vodka sauce. Hyde Park Bar & Grill, here I come...
