    I love Hill-Bert's burgers and onion rings. Usually I have to ask for a place to "burn the onion rings" but at Hill-Bert's they knew exactly what I meant. They also deliver and for me that was a BIG PLUS!

    This is the most overlooked, underrated burger in Austin. Hill-Bert's has to be about the ugliest burger joint in town. Perfectly grilled. Get it with bacon.Get the fries. Vanilla shake. Thinking about this burger makes me want to weep. I want to have sex with this burger. Well, there was this one time where I did but that's not the point.

    Hill-berts has some of the best burgers in town. And I love that they're family-owned. They make their burgers so you can eat them without making a complete mess. The patties are the right size, the toppings are the right amount, and they always get the customized toppings right. The burger also has that grilled taste that I love so much. A new bonus is that they now offer fresh whole wheat buns which are very good. Don't forget to get a shake with your burger. They're delicious too!

    First of all, I am not a burger fan. I eat maybe 3 or 4 a year. But a friend told me to try Hillbert's and I'm glad I did. Their burgers are so tasty. They're the greasy dive type for sure. You have to pair the fries and a milkshake to complete the taste. I actually at 3 of these burgers in a 2 week time period when I discovered them. It is the kind of burger you just crave. The thin patty and melted cheese are just right. AND to make it perfect, Hill-Berts delivers too. How many places will deliver a burger to your doorstep?
