Yank Sing's "warm fluffy bread buns stuffed with nuggets of honey-glazed BBQ pork" were not bad -- they just weren't any better (or even as good as) many of the buns to be found throughout Chinatown, on Clement Street, and in the South Bay. Considering the high price Yank Sing charges, I expected something superior.
Pillows of soft, supple dough surround, what is essentially, a sweet, tasty, mini sloppy joe on the inside! Yank Sing churns out gobs of these every day, but they taste like they were made carefully, just for you. And you gotta love the bamboo basket.
