    I've tried them all, and JGM's is still the best. Coarsely ground fresh chuck is hand formed to order, and griddled on an impossibly black flat top until it is crusted and cooked to perfection. Order yours with cottage fries (pommes souffles really) and a small spinach salad....no joke, the best meal of your life.
