For uber-fresh and simply dressed fish, Boots in the Oven revisits an old favorite, Tomo Dachi. KatieRose
Tomo Dachi might be one of our favorite restaurants in town, and not just because we're suckers for a good sushi joint. The fish is all impeccably fresh, you can order their real wasabi for just a little upcharge, they usually have a couple of things we've not seen before in our local susheterias, and the folks behind the sushi bar are always friendly - if a little tipsy.

Donuts made to order -- can you say delectably decadent? Austin Eavesdropper gives two thumb's up to this "brand spankin'" new food trailer. laura
Take Gourdough's gourmet donut shop, a brand spankin' new food trailer biz located on 1219 South Lamar, across the street from Maudie's. I feel like Gourdoughs' is the kind of thing that needs to be experienced at least once, with photographic proof, just to say you've tried it.
